Exchange
Exchange is available for selected products only and under the following conditions:
- The product must be unused and in its original condition as received.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories and tags (if applicable).
- The product must show no signs of use or damage.
- The customer is responsible for all shipping costs related to the exchange.
- SOU & M BOUTIQUE reserves the right to refuse any exchange request that does not meet these conditions.
Refund
Refunds are not accepted after purchase except in the following cases:
- The product has a manufacturing defect.
- The customer receives an incorrect item due to an error by SOU & M BOUTIQUE.
Exchange or Refund Will Not Be Accepted in the Following Cases
- Customized or personalized products (including products with custom names, photos, or designs).
- Used, washed, or damaged products.
- Products returned without their original packaging or with altered packaging.
- Products damaged due to misuse.
If You Receive a Damaged or Incorrect Product
If your order arrives damaged or differs from what you ordered, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order and provide clear photos of the product. Our customer service team will review your request and take the appropriate action.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
The customer is responsible for all shipping costs related to exchanges.
If the exchange or refund is required due to an error made by SOU & M BOUTIQUE, the store will cover all shipping costs.
